Roger B - 2005 Pontiac Montana
This is the story of a customer who purchased a 2005 Pontiac Montana from Unique Enterprises in Moriarty, NM. Now this dealer has a mechanic to check out every vehicle before being put on the lot. Sometimes a vehicle does not act up on these checks, as was the case with this Pontiac. When the customer bought the vehicle he took it for a test drive and everything worked fine. This vehicle, when it got warm in about 25 miles, the transmission would not shift right. By this time, the warranty had expired. Dean Graves the manager stood behind the vehicle and had the transmission replaced at no cost to the customer. When the vehicle came back, it ran fine until it got warm. It would then shift alright, but would slam into each gear. Back to the mechanic and found that the computer sensors that helped the vehicle shift smooth were weak and all had to be changed. Again, the dealer stood behind this and paid the bill. In between all of this the fuel pump went out, again the dealer took care of it. When these problems were discovered, Dean gave the customer the option of getting all his money back to put on another vehicle, or to have the Pontiac repaired. You will never find a better auto dealer anywhere. Give them a try, and I know you will like what you find. And folks, this story is absolutely true, and I know cause I was that customer.
